Trial bilingual African talent in a real remote role—fully managed by BTA—for a single flat monthly fee that covers both the intern’s stipend and our end-to-end management support.

How it works for employers

  1. Tell us what you need Share the role, working hours, and any specific skills or language requirements. No lengthy brief needed — a short conversation is enough to get started.
  2. We find and vet your intern We source from our pool of bilingual, remote-ready candidates and shortlist the best matches. Every candidate is tested on language proficiency, communication, and role-specific skills before you see them.
  3. You choose Review the shortlist and select who you want. We coordinate everything — no back-and-forth scheduling, no admin burden on your side.
  4. We handle the paperwork We acts as the Employer of Record. We manage the internship agreement, compliance, and payment — you just focus on the work.
  5. Your intern starts — we stay involved We check in throughout the internship to make sure both sides are on track. If anything needs adjusting, we handle it early.
  6. Hire them if you want to If your intern delivers, you can convert them into a full placement at the end of the program. We handle that transition too.
